Launch trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince shown
The video game version of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is coming out tomorrow. As always, the game is set to coincide with the release of the film of the same name. Strangely, there’s a three-week gap separating the dates so you’ll have to wait a bit until chapter six of the Harry Potter films come out. In the meantime, you can watch the Half-Blood Prince trailer after the jump to keep yourself occupied.
If you’ve read the book, then surely you’re familiar with the events of Half-Blood Prince. I won’t spoil it for you, but suffice to say, everyone is getting paired off, including Harry Potter. There are a lot of dangerous events happening, as you’ll see in the trailer. Remember Dumbledore and Harry’s trip that had something to do with Voldemort’s past?
Go read the book already.
While the next Harry Potter game still looks a bit raw from the looks of the trailer, expect Half-Blood Prince to be a huge commercial success since everyone and his/her dog will likely own a copy.
